Payment
For residents outside of Sweden we accept payment with credit card and PayPal. www.sandaysfootwear.com currently accept VISA and MasterCard. All credit card information is transferred secure and encrypted and verified and accepted by VISA and MasterCard.

Delivery
We deliver your order all over the world. Delivery times and charges may vary depending on where you are situated. If your country is not listed at the cashier please contact us and we add it as soon as possible.

Returns
We accept returned goods within 14 days from the day you received the order as long as it is returned in flawless condition, this also goes for the box. Send returns to: Twofresch Trading AB, 41138 Göteborg, Sweden. If you are outside the European Union be sure to mark the package ”Goods in Return”.

Depending on destination. From EUR 7. To see the freight charge to your destination place an item in your shopping basket and go to the checkout, select your country and the charge for frieght will appear in the summary.

Complaints
If an article is faulty or incorrect please contact us at info@sandaysfootwear.com within 14 days and we will instruct you how to proceed. The goods shall, together with a written discription of the fault, be resent well packaged in original box. If the goods are harmed or gets lost when you resend it is on you responsibility. When the faulty goods are received and approved by us we will do one of the following:
– Repair the goods (if possible).
– Sends a new, identicle article.
– Refund your purchase.
